These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BarnettCloud website and services (the "Services") provided by BarnettCloud ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Upload or transmit malicious code; or
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as permitted by law.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARNETTCLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BarnettCloud and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BarnettCloud is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that state.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
